verizon disney plus not working

Atmos was working last week but after the disney app update there is no atmos anymore, only PCM sound. We have had the promotion for about 5 months, it was working fine through our Playstation and on the iPad. Seems many others are similarly frustrated and reached the same conclusion. I am 3 phone calls in to Verizon customer support and tech support and 2 phone calls to Disney support. So, they offer to start trial and show me the billing rates.
