Atmos was working last week but after the disney app update there is no atmos anymore, only PCM sound. We have had the promotion for about 5 months, it was working fine through our Playstation and on the iPad. Seems many others are similarly frustrated and reached the same conclusion. I am 3 phone calls in to Verizon customer support and tech support and 2 phone calls to Disney support. So, they offer to start trial and show me the billing rates. If you just signed up for The Disney Bundle and youâre new to Hulu, you will need to activate your Hulu account before you can start streaming. Then had a live chat with Hulu rep who advised this was a "known issue" and they were working on it. They each say the other is responsible. I made an account on disney plus thinking there was a place to use the code and I cant find it yet. Sign out of Disney Plus on all devices and sign in again. I created a login and password on Disney Plus and it does not recognize my email or the promotion. Only Disney+ gives you endless access to your favorite movies and series from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more. I am a Disney Bundle subscriber, and I'm having issues logging into my Hulu account. Now for some reason, it has signed out and I can't get back in, when I sign in it takes me to the payment page, on my Verizon account it shows the Disney + subscription is active. I used my same email, signed up for disney plus got a code went and downloaded the app and it is not associating me and my viriozon account. Disney Bundle If you have an existing subscription to The Disney Bundle billed by Disney Follow the instructions to enroll in The Disney Bundle offer through Verizon and log in to your Disney+ account to apply the offer. The procedure simply did not work the first time I tried to activate. Then use LOGIN with the email you assigned to use for Disney. When I did this...the login bypassed the payment page and activated the "free" verizon plan. Verizon customer service was not able to assist me. Same problem. The reference was given, an escalation to pull out SPC escalation form was submitted. Delete the Disney Plus app and re-download it from your deviceâs app store and log in again. If you already have an eligible plan, in your My Verizon Fios account or My Fios app choose Add-ons, then Entertainment and Get Disney+ to sign up today.
